Before he was the techno all-star producer, DJ Hal was Roger Watson, and we became mates during the notorious Sticky Trumpets Tour of the UK in 2000. He and Advanced head honcho Paul Smith managed the colossal tour. The Baroness, Rebel Crew and I slammed 15 dj gigs into 19 days criss-crossing Great Britain like a small army. It was monumental and all documented on a video which I’ll dig out of the archives and post soon.
